  • Where The Nexus Box processes payments, we may deduct a service fee before remitting the amount to the service provider. 

  • The Nexus Box is not responsible for payment disputes between users and service providers when transactions occur directly. 

  • Users are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments.
